Case study / PACKR
Packr – building a brand for Nordic fulfilment
Packr set out to help Swedish online retailers ship to customers across the Nordic region and eventually further afield. CoreCreative joined early to give the venture a clear position, a name and an initial Swedish-language website the founder could show stakeholders.

Two workshops set the direction
The first workshop covered the business idea, the audience and how other third-party logistics providers explain what they do. That gave us a direction: show what happens to an ordinary order. In the second workshop, we worked through the tone of voice. The client wanted a clean visual identity and language that made the service feel straightforward to use.
A name that could travel
We weighed several options. The name had to feel natural in Sweden and work internationally. We settled on Packr, with its immediate link to packing. The logo combines a box with an arrow. Together they show what Packr does: takes care of the parcel and gets it moving towards the recipient.
Follow one parcel from start to finish
The Swedish website opens with a simple promise: you sell, we pack. Visitors can follow an order from checkout through picking, packing and delivery. The sequence also shows what happens when a customer sends something back. It makes third-party logistics tangible for retailers considering a fulfilment partner for the first time.
Returns and carrier choice made the service concrete
Packr invited Swedish online retailers to try the early site. They showed interest, and their feedback suggested the order flow made the service easier to understand. Two points kept coming up. Packr handles returns, and retailers can choose their own carrier. Packr plans to establish more third-party logistics warehouses across Europe in a later phase.
Website version 0.5 was built for conversations with warehouse landlords, banks and investors. Packr aims to start operations in the second quarter of 2027.
