Your message is a conversation starter. Not a newsletter subscription in a fake moustache.
We use the details you provide through our contact forms, brand brief or email to respond, discuss your needs and prepare or deliver an agreed assignment. This may include your name, business contact details, company, role and the information you choose to share about your business or project. Please do not send passwords or sensitive personal information.
For business enquiries, our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding and maintaining business relationships. Where you contact us personally to enter into a contract, we process the necessary information to take steps at your request before that contract. Information needed to deliver an agreement is processed for that agreement; legally required records are kept to meet the relevant legal obligation.
Providing information is voluntary. If you do not provide a way to contact you or details needed to assess your request, we may be unable to respond or prepare a proposal. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
03 / WEBSITE OPERATION

When you visit, technical information such as your IP address, browser, requested pages and time of access may be processed by the website and hosting services to deliver pages, diagnose faults and prevent misuse. Our basis is our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the website. Technical records are kept only for as long as needed for these purposes or to investigate a specific incident.
We do not use your enquiry for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. Optional analytics or advertising tracking will only be introduced after the relevant tools and information have been configured, and will require your consent.
04 / RETENTION
No forever
drawer.
You know that drawer full of cables “just in case”? Your unanswered enquiry should not live in one.
Enquiries that do not lead to an assignment are deleted no later than 12 months after the last substantive contact. If an enquiry becomes a project, relevant correspondence is retained for the project and for as long as reasonably needed to manage the agreement or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Accounting records are kept for the period required by applicable law.
The 12-month enquiry rule is our handling routine; cookie settings do not automatically delete emails or project records. You can contact us to request earlier deletion, subject to any valid reason or legal obligation to retain information.
05 / WHO MAY RECEIVE INFORMATION
Who gets

Only the people and providers who need one for the job.
Information may be handled by providers supporting website hosting, email, security and backups, and by specialists who need it to carry out an agreed assignment. Access is limited to what is needed. We may also disclose information where required by law or necessary to handle a legal claim.
Optional embedded services are described below. External providers may process information outside the EU/EEA. Before using a provider for personal information, we must establish the relevant safeguards, such as an applicable adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. Contact us for information about the providers and safeguards relevant to your enquiry or project.
06 / YOUR RIGHTS

Your information comes with rights. You are allowed to use them.
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and a portable copy of information you have provided. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent for optional services at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before it.
Email hello@corecreative.se to make a request. We may need to verify your identity and will normally respond within one month. You can also complain to Sweden’s supervisory authority, Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY).

Optional: external content
Google Maps may be offered as embedded content. Loading it connects your browser to Google and may disclose technical information such as your IP address and set Google cookies. Website fonts
Our website fonts are hosted locally on corecreative.se, so loading these fonts does not require your browser to connect to Google’s font servers.
Change or withdraw your choice
Use “Cookie settings” in the footer or the consent control available on every page. You can decline optional services, save a selection or withdraw an earlier choice. Your browser also lets you remove stored cookies. Removing them may cause the banner to ask again. Administrator login cookies are used separately for authorised site administration.
