Your best article idea might already be in your sent folder

Turn recurring customer questions into useful articles that support real buying conversations.

Thinking about your own business? Talk it through with CoreCreative ↗

What did you explain to a prospect this week?

Perhaps why a project needs a discovery stage. Perhaps why two apparently similar services have different scopes. Perhaps what a customer needs to prepare before work can begin.

Those questions are useful editorial material because somebody has already needed the answer. They also reveal the language people use before they know your internal terminology.

Keep a simple question log. Record the question, the buying situation and what a useful answer would help the person decide. Remove personal details and confidential information. Do not publish customer correspondence or identifiable project specifics without permission.

Turn one recurring question into an article with a clear boundary. “What should we prepare before a brand workshop?” is more useful than trying to explain all of branding in one post. Include an example, a preparation list or a distinction the reader can use.

Then send the article when that question appears again. This gives the content a practical role beyond waiting to be discovered in search.

The aim is not to turn every email into a blog. It is to notice where your team repeatedly does valuable explaining and make some of that knowledge easier to access.
